Caitlyn Clary
Associate Attorney & Mediator
Caitlyn was born and raised in Southern California before moving to Phoenix, Arizona where she obtained a dual degree in Sports Management and Government with an Emphasis in Legal Issues. Caitlyn graduated from Creighton School of Law is 2022 with concentrations in International and Comparative Law, Criminal Law and Procedure, and Litigation. During law school Caitlyn was the chief executive officer of the Creighton International and Comparative Law Journal, was an oralist for the JESSUP Moot Court team, made it to the final 16 of the appellate court competition, and was a senior certified law student allowing her to gain first-hand experience.
As a child of divorce, Caitlyn is passionate about looking out for the minor children and preserving the family during the confusing and difficult time.
Caitlyn’s practice areas include collaborative divorce, mediation, family law, juvenile law, and criminal law.
Outside of the office, Caitlyn enjoys spending time with her husband and son and doing critical thinking games and crafting with her friends and family.
