Jackie M. Luciani brings experience that extends beyond traditional office coordination. With a strong background in client relations, project management, and operations, she plays an integral role in supporting McGill Law’s daily functionality and internal workflow.

As Law Office Coordinator, Jackie oversees office operations in the firm’s Lincoln location and serves as a trusted point of support for attorneys and staff. She contributes to process improvement, workflow development, and internal initiatives that help create consistency, efficiency, and a collaborative work environment. Known for her tenacity and proactive approach, and understanding of the firm, Jackie helps keep us running smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, she loves being in the warm weather soaking up the sunshine especially long days at the baseball field.  She is a proud mom of two boys, one currently in college and the other preparing to play baseball at the collegiate level in the fall.  In her downtime she enjoys journaling, reading, tending to her flower garden, and cooking.  Jackie has recently been prioritizing her health and workouts, while being more intentional with how she spends her time.
