Krista Holzworth

Associate Attorney

Krista was born and raised in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where she also ran cross country/track and was a member of Alpha Phi Sigma, a criminal justice honor society.

After completing her undergraduate studies, Krista attended Creighton University School of Law and was an active member of the Women in Law Society. Her decision to attend law school was driven by her desire to advocate for women and children in crisis situations.

During law school, Krista’s commitment to supporting survivors of intimate partner violence grew through her work as an Advocate for the Women’s Center for Advancement, where she became Mental Health First Aid Certified. She also served as an extern for the Nebraska Foster Care Review Board, gaining valuable insight into Nebraska’s foster care system and how to best advocate for children in crisis.

Krista graduated from Creighton Law School in May 2024 and is excited to embark on her legal career. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, skiing, and spending time with her three cats: Louie, Henry, and Napoleon.
