Kristin Huber

Associate Attorney

Kristin Huber is the newest member of McGill Law. Kristin currently practices family law and has 16 years of prior experience as a prosecutor at the Douglas County Attorney’s Office, where she focused on Juvenile law and Board of Mental Health Commitments.

With a passion for justice and advocacy, Kristin has spent her career helping families navigate the legal system during some of their most difficult times.  

Kristin graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a bachelor’s degree in marketing in 1997 and received her law degree from Creighton University in 2000.

Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her 3 kids and her Chihuahua, Bruiser.  When not busy with her legal practice or family obligations, Kristin’s guilty pleasure is binge-watching TV shows, which she finds to be a welcome escape from the demands of daily life.
