Hello McGill Mediation!

We have a whole new reason to celebrate! McGill Mediation is officially open and accepting cases! McGill Mediation’s home office in located in Bellevue, Nebraska near the Sarpy County Courthouse. We are so excited to be able to offer mediation services to even more Sarpy County families. We saw a need for more mediators to be located in Sarpy County and decided to make it happen.

McGill Mediation has partnered with Hautpman, O’Brien, Wolf & Lathrop to utilize part of their existing office located on 42nd Street in Bellevue. We are so excited about this partnership and our ability to share their beautifully updated space.

If Bellevue is not your location of choice, no worries! We have mediators who will travel. We will also offer to meet participants at McGill Law’s offices in Omaha or Lincoln or we are always available on Zoom.

McGill Mediation assists participants who are in a legal dispute to find peace and resolution. Mediation is a structured, interactive process in which a neutral third party (your McGill Law mediator) assists the disputing parties to resolve their conflict through the use of specialized communication and negotiation techniques. Our goal is to help the participants work through the conflict to peaceful solution.

The root of conflict is often emotions and feelings that go well beyond the issues at hand. These emotions tend to boil over into any legal process and become barriers to participants’ communication and understanding. McGill Mediation helps participants listen and empathize with each other so that there can be more understanding, growth, and acceptance.

McGill Mediation will offer mediation services to help in the following areas: parenting plans, full divorces, probate cases (guardianship and estate conflicts), school issues, general family conflict, and employment conflicts. We will also be offering the unique divorce option of collaborative mediation.

Know of someone in Sarpy County who could use our help? They can reach out at any time via email Info@McGillMediation.com or by phone (402)548-5418.
