ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re seeking tenacious Associate Attorneys to join our Omaha and Lincoln teams. These roles offer the opportunity to excel in family law litigation, probate and estate planning. You’ll deliver top-tier client service, produce outstanding results, and demonstrate unwavering accuracy and determination in everything you do.
At McGill Law, success is built on hard work, expertise, and grit. You’ll build your own referral network, foster lasting client relationships, and independently lead cases from intake to resolution. If you’re results-driven, proactive, and eager to make a difference, this is the role for you.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
· An active status with the Nebraska State Bar.
· Proficiency with Nebraska standards for family law, estate planning, and probate.
· Great interpersonal and networking skills.
· A dependable, self-motivated, and a results-driven mindset.
