Born in Wisconsin and raised throughout the Midwest, Laci Kremkoski developed an appreciation for resilience, adaptability, and community from an early age.
Laci's interest in the legal profession began after witnessing the impact a trusted attorney had on her family following her father's serious workplace injury. The experience inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to helping others.
With more than two decades of experience in the legal field, Laci has worked in a variety of practice areas throughout her career. Before joining McGill Law, she worked at an Omaha law firm focusing primarily on personal injury and workers' compensation matters. She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Hamilton College and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.
Helping people is what Laci enjoys most about her work. She values being a steady source of support, guidance, and encouragement for clients when they need it most.
Laci was drawn to McGill Law's collaborative, women-led culture and enjoys being part of a team committed to helping families navigate legal challenges with compassion and professionalism.
Outside of work, Laci enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, spending time with her family, taking motorcycle rides, and being outdoors. She and her partner, Chad, have two sons, Noah and Hayden, along with two beloved dogs, Harley and Felon.
