Sarah Jones is the Intake Specialist at McGill Law's Omaha office, where she serves as the first point of contact for clients navigating some of the most emotional moments of their lives. With a strong background in leadership and customer-facing roles since 2018, she brings a calm, steady presence and a natural ability to make people feel heard, supported, and understood.

In her role, she guides clients through the intake process with compassion and clarity, ensuring their first interaction with the firm feels welcoming, organized, and judgment-free. Her strengths include strong communication, empathy, and the ability to stay grounded under pressure — qualities that help clients feel safe from the very first conversation.

Outside of the office, Sarah stays grounded by spending quality time with her three children and the people she loves most. She enjoys relaxing whenever she gets the chance, whether that means cozying up at home, exploring new places to eat around the city, or catching up with friends and family. She’s excited to bring warmth, professionalism, and people first approach to the McGill Law Team.
