Anyone considering divorce, in the middle of divorce, or supporting someone through it. The workshop is open to men, women, and couples.
What will I learn?
You will learn about Nebraska divorce options, including mediation, collaborative divorce, and litigation. We also cover key legal, financial, and emotional considerations to help you make informed decisions.
Do I need to bring anything?
Bring yourself and something to take notes if you would like. Materials and resources are provided.
Can my spouse attend with me?
Yes. For collaborative divorce and mediation, it can be helpful for both spouses to attend and learn about the options together.
Is there a cost to attend?
No. This workshop is free to attend.
Will I have to share personal details?
No. This is an educational event. You will not be asked to share personal information. If you want to discuss your situation, we can connect you with an attorney afterward.
