Ashley Palma

Associate Attorney

Ashley was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2003. Ashley then had a long career in the hotel industry holding leadership roles at a contact center here in Omaha. She has supervised and managed many talented people during the course of her career, helping them to grow and advance in their own careers.

At the age of thirty-five, Ashley decided that she wanted to help people in a direct manner, so she did the work to apply to law school. Ashley started at Creighton University School of Law at the age of thirty-six. When she first started law school, she did so as a part-time student, continuing to work full-time while also raising her young son. While in law school, Ashley honed her legal writing skills and worked as a Legal Writing Associate, helping other law students to improve their legal writing skills.

Ashley has been practicing in family law since she became a licensed attorney in 2022. She uses her own personal experiences to relate to clients and advocate for the best interests of the entire family.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys cheering for her son at his soccer and football games. She also enjoys running, live music, and spending time with loved ones.
