Draft custom contract and revisions for the MHP based on the particular needs as well as discussions.

HIPAA or Privacy Advice

Provide advice on HIPAA compliance & privacy requirements. Advice can be for general or specific questions.

Policy Review

Review existing policies and revise for enhanced liability and risk mitigation and protection.

Custom Policy Drafting

Draft any and all custom policies for the MHP based on needs.

Business Formation

Determine appropriate entity type; confirm name availability; process the filing and publications; prepare articles and certificates with appropriate state authorities; draft initial documents, stock certificates and ledgers as necessary; prepare and maintain corporate minute book; prepare federal tax identification number applications.
