The Nebraska Collaborative Center and McGill Law are taking part in a drive to collect pads, tampons, and other feminine hygiene products to donate to women in need through Girls Inc. throughout the month of June. We have a donation drop-box located in the vestibule that the public has 24/7 access to (should you decide to donate on the weekend after a trip to the store...) as well as a drop box in our lobby.

30 states tax menstrual hygiene products as luxury items, including Nebraska. Nebraska’s tampon tax bill, LB 170, was introduced by Senator Megan Hunt in January 2019. It has been indefinitely postponed since August 2020.
